1. General

These Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products provided through www.schaefer-and-companions.art; by placing an order, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. The contract is concluded upon delivery of the goods in fulfillment of the order, and you may cancel the order at any time before delivery.

2. Contract Terms and Prices

The prices indicated in our offers and order confirmations are firm and binding. Swiss VAT (8.1%) is included in all prices for deliveries within Switzerland; for deliveries outside Switzerland, prices exclude Swiss VAT, with country-specific VAT and customs duties charged directly by the carrier in the recipient’s country and beyond our control.

For orders over 500 CHF, we cover all taxes and customs duties with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping; for orders under 500 CHF, taxes and customs fees are not included and may be collected by the carrier on behalf of local customs before delivery. We cannot estimate these fees in advance; please contact your local customs office for an estimate.

If items are out of stock, they will be reshipped if possible; if an item is unavailable, we will contact you by email or phone. If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued. We strive to provide accurate product information, but our product descriptions and prices are subject to change and are non-binding; we reserve the right to refuse any order.

3. Warranty

Schaefer and Companions grants a 2-year warranty on your product, starting from the date of purchase; this international warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is valid only if the warranty certificate is properly completed and signed by us. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear; it does not cover unauthorized repairs or any consequential loss or damage caused by defects in the product.

4. Privacy Policy

All personal information will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Liability

Schaefer and Companions excludes, to the extent permitted by law, any liability for the products sold and delivered.

6. Final Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law; Schaefer and Companions reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of Schaefer and Companions.
