In this edition, the bespoke design is concentrated within the medaillon at 6 o’clock—an intimate space where your chosen motif, symbol, or inspiration takes form.
Each medaillon is crafted on demand, becoming a miniature canvas for enamel, engraving, or other métiers d’art. From personal emblems to poetic details, our artisans shape your vision into a unique creation, turning the medaillon into a timeless signature of individuality.

Each custom watch requires a dedicated conversation with our artisans to evaluate your request and ensure that the project is technically and artistically feasible. Because every creation is unique, delivery timelines vary according to the chosen design and technique.
No deposit is required at this stage, as we must first confirm together that your vision can be realised. Once the project is approved, we will provide you with an estimated timeframe and a detailed quotation. You will then receive regular updates throughout the creative process, until your singular timepiece is completed and safely delivered into your hands.
How to create your own watch with us ?
Every custom dial begins with a conversation. Together, we define your vision and seek the right companion artisan capable of bringing it to life. Once your project is approved, the creation unfolds step by step, with no deposit required—only your imagination.
How does the custom watch process begin?
It all starts with a conversation. You share your vision with us, and together we explore the possibilities—whether it’s a personal idea, a desired motif, or even a realistic portrait. A sales representative will guide you throughout, and if needed, you can also speak directly with the artisan (“companion”) for a fully immersive creative experience.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required at the beginning. Once your project is approved by both you and our team, a 50% deposit will be requested. This confirms your order and allows our artisans to begin the creation of your unique timepiece.
How long does it take to create a custom dial?
The delivery time depends on the technique and demand. In most cases, it varies between 2 and 8 weeks. We will provide you with an estimated schedule once your project is defined.
What artistic techniques are available?
We offer a wide range of métiers d’art, including micro-painting, enamel, engraving, and straw marquetry. Through our extended network of master artisans, we can also source other techniques if your vision requires it.
Can I choose any design or colors?
Yes. We are open to all inspirations—abstract, figurative, symbolic, or realistic. From vivid colors to subtle shades, our artisans adapt their savoir-faire to reflect your personal vision.
How is the price determined?
The price depends solely on the technique, the complexity of the design, and the time required by the artisan. Before any deposit is made, you will receive a complete and transparent quotation. We can also adapt projects to your budget by suggesting alternative techniques or approaches.
